Recipharm AB, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), and Medspray BV, a manufacturer of high tech spray nozzles, have completed a previously announced joint venture and established Resyca BV.   Resyca will develop and exploit the softmist spray nozzle technology for pharmaceutical applications.
